Please note that our online and outlet sales policies differ. Kindly take a moment to review our online ordering policy below to comprehend the scope and terms specific to online transactions. This policy applies exclusively to online orders and is not applicable under any circumstances to outlet sales.

Delivery Zone:
Online services are only available in Dhaka City areas from the nearby FRY BUCKET Outlets.
Minimum Order:
We have no minimum quantity or amount.
Delivery Charges:
A fixed delivery charge of Tk. 30.00 (Taka Thirty only) will be applicable for all home delivery below tk. 300
Order Receive & Delivery:
- Orders received before 9 pm will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 9 pm will be processed for next-day delivery.
- In case a customer is unable to receive the order at the provided address, a refund will be initiated within 30 working days. However, if the customer wishes to receive the product later, the company may consider the issue.
- If a customer is unreachable or fails to receive the order within ten (10) minutes from the time it arrives at the delivery address, FRY BUCKET reserves the right to cancel the order without providing a refund.
- If the ordered product is unavailable at the outlet, and the outlet is unable to source it from other outlets, frybucketbd.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
Refund Policy:
The refund request on the delivery request must be raised within 5 working days.
Order Delivery Time:
We will deliver your order within 1 working hour of order receiving time.
